Flour – 2 cups, Spinach – 250 grams, Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon, Green chili paste – 1 teaspoon, Garam masala – 1 teaspoon, Dry mango powder – 1 teaspoon, Oil, Salt – as per taste.
Recipe to make Palak Puri

Today we will tell you to make Palak Puri, first of all take spinach and wash it thoroughly. After this, fill water in a big vessel and put it on the gas and add spinach in it and boil it. When the spinach boils, turn off the gas and leave it to cool. Now take out the spinach and grind it to prepare a paste. Now take a vessel and sift the flour and put it in it. Add spinach paste, green chilli and ginger paste, salt as per taste, mango powder, garam masala and one tablespoon oil to this flour and mix everything well. Now knead this flour mixture by adding little water. Now prepare small balls of the kneaded dough. Take a normal puri sized spinach puri roll. After this, place the pan on the gas and heat oil in it. When the oil is well heated, put the puris in it and deep fry them. Fry the puris until their color becomes golden brown. After this, take it out in a plate. Fry all the puris in this way. Delicious Palak Puri is ready to eat.
