Second step- 1/4 cup with capsicum, 1/4 cup cheese, 1/4 cup grated carrots, a little finely chopped broccoli, beans, green chillies and coriander. Add chopped ginger garlic to it. Mix dried spices. Add turmeric, salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, mango powder and garam masala powder.
