Heavy rains in the wake of Cyclone Fengal have caused waterlogging in many parts of Puducherry. Rescue teams are using boats to rescue people trapped in flood waters. Whereas in Tamil Nadu, waterlogging was seen due to rain in Cuddalore in the wake of Cyclone Fengal. The effect of the cyclone is also being seen in Andhra Pradesh.
