High Court asked for loan documents from SBI, gave time till October 18 on the petition filed against MLA Arif Masood
Palpal correspondent, Jabalpur. The troubles of Congress MLA Arif Masood from MP capital Bhopal may increase further. BJP candidate Dhruv Narayan Singh has filed an election petition in the High Court alleging that Arif Masood has hidden many information during the elections. One of which is that the Congress MLA had not mentioned the information about the loan taken in the name of himself and his wife in the nomination papers submitted during the elections.
Dhuvar Narayan challenged the election, hearing on which the Madhya Pradesh High Court has given Arif Masood a chance to provide the loan related records and present them in the High Court by 18th October. While hearing this matter, the High Court has also directed the SBI branch manager to appear personally at the next hearing. It is noteworthy that Congress MLA Arif filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the petition of BJP candidate Dhruv Narayan Singh and said that whatever documents related to the bank loan that the BJP candidate has presented due to being imbued with politics are fake. The Supreme Court had instructed the High Court to investigate the loan related documents. The court of High Court Justice Vivek Aggarwal heard the matter and gave time till October 18 to the Congress MLA to submit his reply along with the records. Even after this, if Congress MLAs do not respond, then their problems may definitely increase.
