Hisar of Haryana got big gifts, the city will shine with Rs 280 crores, see what all the work is?

Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala on Monday laid the foundation stone of various development projects worth about Rs 280 crore of the Haryana government, including the ambitious Maharaja Agrasen Airport, and also inaugurated several projects.

While laying the foundation stone of the airport's air traffic control room and terminal building, he instructed the officials to complete this work in the next two to three months.

After laying the foundation stone of an additional building in the existing Public Works Rest Home complex, the Deputy Chief Minister said that after the completion of all the work, the rest home of Hisar will be the best rest home in the state, which will have one CM suite, five VIP suites, 15 officers' lounges. Apart from this room, 20 other rooms will be constructed.

Similarly, apart from the rest room, the building has a conference hall, a committee room, multipurpose hall, gym and yoga hall, office and cyber room, drawing and dining room, apart from 17 shops on the ground floor, 6 offices on the first floor, 9 double stories. Shops, 7 bedrooms for staff and a 27 bed dormitory for drivers will be built.

Nirman Sadan will also be established in the same complex, in which offices of various technical branches of the Public Works Department will be established at one place.

He also participated in the bhoomi pujan program for the new chamber building of the advocates and said that the construction of additional chamber in the judicial complex will provide facilities to the young advocates.

Speaking to journalists on this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the old Talwandi road was closed due to the construction of the airport. Now a shorter route will be made for the people of this area to come to Hisar in the next three months.

Apart from this, a connectivity plan for Ring Road from Talwandi Road to Delhi Road via Mirzapur has been made. NHAI will build this route. After this, two-thirds of Hisar will be connected.

He said that Satrod National Highway will also be connected to Muklan National Highway. The Deputy Chief Minister said that the feasibility of elevated road in the city has been approved by Japan International Cooperation (JICA). There will be 7 entries and 7 exits on this road. Hisar Lok Sabha constituency will soon become gate free.

The work of constructing ROB and RUB at all the crossings is in the final stage.

In his address, Urban Local Bodies Minister Dr Kamal Gupta said that Maharaja Agrasen International Airport will be one of the largest airports not only in India but in the world.

Delhi's IGI airport is spread over approximately 5250 acres while Hissar airport has been allotted 7200 acres of land. He said that Hisar is an excellent district in terms of transport facilities which is connected to international level highways from all sides. Dr. Kamal Gupta said that today the construction works of ATC building, civil aerodrome, fuel room, expansion works of new terminal building, isolation bay, vehicle lane, monsoon drain for rain water drainage, apron and basic strip will be started for Hisar Airport. Today the foundation stone has been laid.

In his address, Labor Minister Anoop Dhanak said that work is going on in Hisar on such historic projects which are eyeing not only the state but the people of the entire country. After the completion of these projects, Hisar will have an important place on the world map. He said that the project of Public Works Rest House in Uklana will also get approval soon.

On this occasion, Khadi Board Chairman Rajendra Litani, SDM Jaiveer Yadav, Superintending Engineer Harpal Singh, JJP leader Sheela Bhayan, District President Amit Bura, Ramesh Godara Jakhod, Ramchandra Gupta, Suresh Goyal Dhoop Wala, Advocate Mandeep Bishnoi, Lokesh Asija, Rajmal Kajal, Satish Suraliya, Sunil Verma, Rajkumar Indora, Vaibhav Bidani, Virendra Chaudhary and other dignitaries were present.
