According to the information, Krishnan has confirmed the news of returning while attending the Global Space Exploration Conference in New Delhi. Krishnan has said that he has been called back due to the current national security situation. Krishnan said- “I have been called back by the Indian Air Force. You know, due to the current situation.”

What is Gaganyaan Mission?
Gaganyaan is going to be India’s first human space mission. It is expected to be launched by the first quarter of 2027. The first unmanned mission of the Gaganyaan project is expected to be launched later this year. He said that after this, two more similar missions will be launched in 2026. According to ISRO, 90 percent of the work of this mission has been completed.
