Global software company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) had made it mandatory for its employees to report to office five days a week since last month. Along with this, the company had advised the employees to take care of the dress code in the office. TCS Chief Human Resources Officer, Milind Lakkad, had said in an email to employees that the company wants to see its associates in the office on all working days.
