In one tender, the tender was canceled due to lack of EMD. The second tender was invited till July 6. Four tenders had come in, but they were canceled due to complaints and investigation among the contractors. In this, it has been said that Lalitpur’s experience certificate will be canceled if it is attached. Tenders were invited for the third time on October 11. Five contractors participated in it. When the technical bit opened, two contractors were thrown out.
