Let us tell you that Myjio app provides the service of blocking unwanted messages but it does not block important OTP messages and other updates coming from brands. In My Jio app, you can either completely block all spam calls or messages or you can also choose the option to allow some messages or calls. If you want to stop spam calls and messages on Jio’s network, then you will have to enable Do Not Disturb service. By enabling this, some telemarketing calls will also be blocked. You can also customize the DND service provided by Jio.
Stop Spam Calls in this way
- To block spam messages and calls, first open the MyJio app.
- Now you have to go to the More option on the app.
- Now you will get Do Not Disturb option, click on it.
