Kareena Kapoor told that when father Randhir Kapoor’s career was not going well, her mother Babita Kapoor took care of the house.

Kareena Kapoor’s acting in this film was also highly praised. Meanwhile, Kareena Kapoor has told that when her father Randhir Kapoor’s career was going downhill, her mother took care of the house.

Talking about her mother Babita Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor said, “I was very young, he (Randhir Kapoor) did not work that much and maybe that is why my mother had to take care of the girls’ upbringing until Karisma came into films. Something had to be done for this. But my father did some work, he directed two-three films. His career was also sporadic. He thought more about loving and living life and a lot of that is my personality. He’s funny, warm, friendly. He loves meeting people, hundreds of people meet him and no one will have anything bad to say about my father because that is his nature. He is a very sweet person and I think he has given time to every aspect of his life.”

Kareena also told that her mother Babita Kapoor has always encouraged her and her sister Karisma Kapoor to stand on their own feet. Kareena said, “I don’t really remember if money was important growing up, but getting nice clothes was always important. But I was not working and my mother kept asking me to work. She told me that if I want to become an actress then prepare myself and accept the challenge. She said, ‘When you become an actress, you have to have your own money.’
