Material
For this you have to take 2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup grated coconut, 1/2 cup dry fruits, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, one-fourth cup milk, one-fourth cup ghee or refined oil and a pinch of salt.
Recipe
To make Thekua, first of all add grated coconut, raisins, cashew nuts, almonds, etc. along with wheat flour in a big vessel. Now add milk and water and knead the dough. Knead it well until the dough becomes slightly stiff. After this, make small balls from the kneaded dough and flatten them by placing them in your palm or in a mold. Now heat ghee or oil in the pan. Now put oil in the pan, after it gets heated, filter it and take it out in a clean vessel.
