JSW MG Motor India announced on Saturday that its recently introduced MG Windsor Pro Electric Car has achieved 8,000 bookings within 24 hours of launch. This car will now be available at a BAS price of Rs 13.09 lakh + 4.5 per km and an ex-showroom price of Rs 18,09,800. According to PTI news, JSW MG Motor India sales chief Rakesh Sen said that we are grateful for the tremendous response to MG Windsor Pro. This is an achievement that outlines the permanent popularity of MG Windsor and further strengthens its position as a leader in India’s EV landscape.
449 km range
According to the news, this electric car has been introduced in single Essence Pro variants which comes with a large battery pack of 52.9 kwh. The company says that once full charge, it provides a certified range of 449* kilometers. The car’s motor gives 136 PS power and 200 Nm instant torque, which ensures a powerful and efficient driving experience. Sen says that our commitment to innovation and our mission to faster the adoption of 4W EV across the country confirms.
12 major features in car
The company says that the introduction of MG Windsor Pro is not just a milestone, but is an important step towards shaping India’s more durable and technology -inspired automotive future. The car is equipped with Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) with 12 major features and 3 -level warnings, which always ensures the safety of its passengers.
The MG Windser Pro also has new technical features including vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), which enhances its connectivity and convenience. In addition, the Windsor Pro now has a powered tailgate and is available in three new color options- Celadon Blue, Aurora Silver and Glaze Red, adding a touch of styling to its design.
