The last Mokshada Ekadashi of the year 2023 will be celebrated on both 22nd and 23rd December. According to the Hindu calendar, the Ekadashi tithi of Shukla Paksha of Margashirsha month will start at 8:16 am on December 22, 2023 and will continue till 11 am the next day.

For those observing Mokshada Ekadashi fast on 22nd December, the timing of breaking the fast is between 1:22 pm to 3:25 pm on 23rd December. Those who follow Vaishnav tradition and are fasting on 23rd December, have to complete Parana by 9:14 am on 24th December.

Stop eating tamasic food one day before Ekadashi. After this, on the day of Ekadashi, wake up in the morning, take bath, worship the Sun God and take a pledge to fast.
