An affidavit will have to be given along with the fine
According to the information, this fine will be Rs 5000 for two-wheeler and Rs 10000 for four-wheeler. Along with this, the vehicle owner will also have to submit an affidavit. In which information about scrapping the vehicle within the stipulated time period will be given. If you are not scrapping such a vehicle and want to re-register it in another state, then you will have to give information in your affidavit about how much time will be taken to do so. Whether this time will be six months or less, it has not been decided yet.
Delhi High Court had given instructions
