Now ceasefire has also been announced between the two countries. At the same time, after this whole incident, a petition has been filed in the Supreme Court. The petition has demanded that the court has demanded a directive not to allow the registration of the trademark under the name Operation Sindoor.

Petitioner Dev Ashish Dubey, who filed the petition, has demanded from the Supreme Court that the name of Operation Sindoor should not be abused for commercial exploitation. The petitioner’s counsel said- “Operation vermilion has also associated the people of the country, those who sacrificed their lives for the country and the innocent people killed in the Pahalgam terrorist attack on 22 April. Operation Sindoor symbolizes the sacrifice of widows of soldiers who have given their lives in the fight against terrorism spread by Pakistan. “

5 people applied for operation vermilion

In the petition filed in the Supreme Court, it has also been said that so far 5 people have applied for the registration of trademark under Operation Sindoor name and style. It has been demanded from the Supreme Court that the campaign should not be allowed to misuse for commercial exploitation under Operation Sindoor.
