PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The Government of India is running the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to provide financial assistance to the poor farmers of the country. This scheme was started by the Government of India in the year 2019. Under this scheme, the Central Government is providing financial assistance of Rs 6,000 every year to the poor farmers of the country. This financial amount of Rs 6 thousand is sent to the accounts of poor farmers in the form of three installments every year.
Under each installment, the government transfers Rs 2,000 to the bank accounts of farmers through DBT. Till now a total of 18 installments of this scheme have been released. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had released the 18th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana on October 5.

If media reports are to be believed, the Government of India may release the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in the month of February next year.
