Pratapgarh Uttarpradesh Fighting in mutual dispute, 10 people injured
Uttar Pradesh News Desk: A fight broke out between two parties over a mutual dispute due to which 10 people from both sides were injured. The family members brought the injured to CHC for treatment and filed a complaint against each other to the police.
In the evening, there was a fierce fight in the entire Mata Deen Ka Purva village of Hathigwan police station area due to mutual dispute and old rivalry. Due to which Santram’s 50 year old son Bharat Lal Saroj, Bharat Lal’s 50 year old wife Sushila Devi, 25 year old son Sonu, 34 year old brother Arjun Kumar son of Santram, Ram Anjor’s 18 year old son Sachin were injured.
From the other side, Ramlal’s son Nanhenlal Saroj, Ramlakhan, Kalpana, Ram Babu and Renu were injured. The family admitted all the injured to CHC. After getting treatment, both the parties have filed written complaints against each other to the police. Police have said they will investigate the matter and take action. In the second incident, Dilip Kumar, 30, son of Kuldeep Narayan, resident of Banemau village of Kunda, was beaten and injured by some people of the village.
FIR lodged against five people for breaking into house, assault and vandalism
Due to a dispute over cattle, the opposition entered the house, beat up, vandalized the house and threatened to kill. It is alleged that instead of taking action, the police harassed the victim’s son by making him sit at the police station. Police took action on the orders of CO.
Asha Devi, wife of Ram Sanehi, resident of Hinahun village, a hamlet of Saifu in Nawabganj police station area, gave a complaint letter to the CO. At around 5 pm on 25th, the opposition reached his house with sticks and axes in a dispute over cattle grazing. They started abusing her and beating her. When she ran inside the house to save her life, they entered the house, beat her and dragged her out. When the family members ran to save them, they were also beaten. They broke the things kept in the house and left, threatening to kill them. It is alleged that he gave a written complaint to the police, but instead of taking action, the police kept harassing his son by making him sit in the police station.
On the orders of CO and the complaint of victim Asha Devi, police have registered a case against Jitendra Kumar, his wife Gyanwati, Sheetala Prasad, Maulik, Aditi.
