Proportion of foreign exhibitors increases to 32% in 2nd CISCE
Beijing, November 26 (IANS). The second China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) opened in Beijing on Tuesday. The expo includes a supply chain service exhibition area, digital technology series, healthy life series, green agriculture series, smart car series, clean energy series and the newly established advanced manufacturing series.
Chang Shaokang, vice president of the China Trade Promotion Association, in his introduction, said that a total of 620 companies and institutions will participate in the current CISCE, an increase of 20% from the first session, and the proportion of foreign exhibitors increased from 26% in the first session to 32%. .
According to Chang, this fully reflects the international community’s urgent expectations for industrial and supply chain cooperation, and at the same time, reflects the confidence of companies from various countries in China’s development and chain expo.
It is reported that the “Global Supply Chain Enhancement Report-2024” will be released at the 2nd CISCE, which will focus on mapping the global supply chain, including humanoid robots, smart cars, integrated circuits, photovoltaic power generation, etc. industries.
In addition, two world-first indices, namely the “Global Supply Chain Enhancement Index” and the “Global Supply Chain Connectivity Index” will also be released at the current Expo.
