Railone App: Train, ticket booking and PNR will not have to be upset for inquiry, solution in one place

Railone App App: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav on Tuesday launched the Railon Mobile Application, which will help passengers in easy access to many services like ticket booking, train and PNR inquiry, travel plan, rail support services and food booking. Vaishnav started this app at the 40th Foundation Day celebrations of the Railway Information System Center (CRIS). This app is available on both Android Play Store and iOS App Store.

What facilities will be available on Railway App

The solution of all the needs of the passengers will be available on the Railvan app. Through this app, passengers will get easy access to the following services: ticketing – reserved, unreserved, platform tickets; Train and PNR inquiry; Travel plan; Rail support services; Booking food in the train. It states that in addition to this, the facility of inquiry related to freight is also available.

Highlighting the original objective of the app, the ministry said that it would provide users a better experience through simple and clear user interfaces. The ministry said that it not only has all the services available at the same place, but also has integrated connectivity between services, which gives the user a overall package of Indian railway services.

How to use Railon App

A special feature of this app is single sign-on, so that users do not need to remember many passwords. “After downloading the Railway App, any person can log in using the existing user ID of the Rail Context or UTSOnomobile app. This does not require users to have different apps for different services, saving devices storage.”

Will get the benefit of discount

The ‘Railone’ app is designed as a complete solution for all the requirements of passengers. This app is available on both Android and iOS platforms. Through this app, passengers will be able to avail facilities like unreserved tickets, platform tickets (with a discount of 3%), live train tracking, grievance redressal, e-catering, porter booking and final mile taxi service.

Railway e-wallet facility also

The Railway E-Wallet Facility has also been added to this app. Easy login features such as numeric MPin and biometric login have also been provided. It has been said that there is a provision to register by providing minimum information for new users, which makes the registration process easier and fast.
