Shimla. A married man lured a 14-year-old minor girl, took her to his home and raped her. On the complaint of the victim, the police came into action and arrested the accused. This case has come to light in Kumarsen police station area of Shimla. According to the complaint, the accused already knew the girl. He took advantage of this and on November 23, coaxed the victim and took her to his home in a car. The accused forcibly had physical relations with the victim there. The police took immediate action after the complaint and arrested the accused. The accused has been identified as Roshan Lal (34), resident of Kumarsen. An official of Shimla Police said on Monday that an FIR has been registered under Section 64 and 137 (2) of BNS and POCSO Act in Kumarsen police station regarding this incident and the accused has been arrested. Now the remand of the accused will be obtained by presenting him in the court.
