During this time, when the girl became pregnant, she got an abortion. When the girl talked about marriage, Shabbir put the condition of converting religion or eating beef. The girl has made allegations to this effect in the complaint lodged in the women’s police station. The police have registered a case against the youth and arrested him.

According to police officials, the girl living in a village in Katni became friends with a young man named Shabbir Ansari on Instagram about three years ago. Both of them also kept talking to each other, in the year 2022 Shabbir reached home on the pretext of meeting him. Where after finding the girl alone, he had physical relations with her with the promise of marrying her. After this, whenever he met him, he took him somewhere and kept raping her. This sequence continued for about three years. Meanwhile, she became pregnant twice and Shabbir got her aborted.

Whenever the girl talked about marriage, he used to postpone the matter by making some excuse or the other. Recently, when the girl started insisting for marriage, Shabbir asked her to offer Namaz, eat beef and change her religion. Distressed by the deception given by Shabbir, the girl reached the police station and informed the police about the incident and said that she had hoped that he would get married, hence she tolerated everything, meanwhile she got information that he was getting married somewhere else, so after reaching home, protested. On which Shabbir threatened and drove him away. The police have registered a case against Shabbir and arrested him.
