Rekha recently revealed during her appearance on Kapil Sharma’s show that she regularly watches Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati. The veteran actress is going to be seen in the upcoming episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show. The makers released a teaser of this eagerly awaited episode at the end of the latest edition.
The teaser shows Rekha laughing heartily at the cast’s humorous moments. Among the highlights of the show, Kapil Sharma shared a funny story about Amitabh Bachchan from his time in Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). Actress Rekha has suggested that like countless other Indians, she too is a fan of Amitabh Bachchan’s Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). During her latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show, she told host and comedian Kapil Sharma that she remembers every single line from the show Kaun Banega Crorepati.

In a part of The Great Indian Kapil Show, Kapil narrated his experience as a guest in KBC. “When we were playing KBC with Bachchan saab, my mother was in the front row,” he shared. Kapil then imitated Amitabh and added, “He asked her, ‘Devi ji, what did you eat?’” Before Kapil could finish his sentence, Rekha replied to her mother: “Dal- Bread.” Kapil confirmed that this was indeed his answer. Rekha said smilingly, “Ask me, remember every dialogue of KBC.”
Rekha and Amitabh worked together in nine films during the 1970s and 1980s. Even when Amitabh was married to Jaya Bachchan, there were rumors of a romantic relationship between them. However, reports suggest that the affair ended in the early 1980s. Amitabh, Rekha and Jaya last worked together in Yash Chopra’s film Silsila.
