Lucknow. Defense Minister and local MP Rajnath Singh on Monday took out a road show with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in the capital Lucknow in which thousands of people participated.
In the scorching heat, Singh, riding on the development chariot of Bharatiya Janata Party, kept greeting the common people with folded hands, while on the other hand, Yogi Adityanath kept connecting with the common people with 'lotus flower' in his hand and a smile on his face. The road show that started from the BJP office reached the Collectorate. At many places on the way, various sections of the society including workers also showered flowers on Yogi-Rajnath. The entire route was saffron with BJP flags.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, BJP State President Bhupendra Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, Keshav Prasad Maurya, Union Minister Mahendra Nath Pandey, Kaushal Kishore, Mayor Sushma Kharkwal, Deoria MP Dr. Ramapati Ram Tripathi, Rajya Sabha MP were present in the road show. Public representatives like Sanjay Seth, MLA Rajeshwar Singh, Neeraj Bora, Pankaj Singh etc. were present.
Yogi Adityanath himself took command from time to time and kept calling upon the people to manage the system.
