Som Group deposited money from bogus accounts into employees’ accounts, IT investigation underway news in hindi
Palpal correspondent, Bhopal. Income Tax Department’s action against Som Group in MP’s Bhopal continued even today. In the investigation so far, it has also come to light that Som Group was depositing money from bogus accounts into the accounts of the employees also. Apart from this, money transactions from shell companies have also been revealed.
According to sources, the investment has been made in the names of electricians, salesmen, guards, supervisors and other employees working in the company. All this game has been done due to IPO (Initial Public Offer) registration. During the investigation, the IT team found around Rs 2.5 crore in cash in the house of the MD of Som Group. Large amounts of cash and jewelery have also been recovered from other places. It is reported that Som Group has crossed the limit and invested money in the stock market even after being listed in the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Now Enforcement Directorate ED can also take action in this matter. It is noteworthy that the Income Tax Department team had raided the premises of Som Group two days ago on Tuesday. In the action taken at different locations in five states of the country, the officials have detected more than a dozen lockers. Apart from the owners of the group, these are in the name of the officers of the company. Jewelery and huge amount of cash have been recovered from these lockers.
15 to 20 luxury cars found-
During the investigation, Income Tax Department officials have found 15 to 20 luxury cars from the owners and officials of Som Group. Whose price is crores of rupees. Apart from this, foreign connections of officials are also being searched for investment of money. However, investigation has revealed that the group is also being funded from abroad.
Employees ran away during investigation-
During the Income Tax Department investigation, some employees also non-cooperated, some employees ran away and some took away the keys. However, Income Tax Department officials have caught them and completed the investigation.
