Srinagar News: 'If the situation is normal in Kashmir then why did the Center not remove AFSA earlier', Iltija Mufti's attack on BJP

Mehbooba Mufti's daughter and media advisor Iltija Mufti has taken a dig at the central government. On Amit Shah's statement, PDP's media advisor said that if everything is fine in Jammu and Kashmir then why did BJP not remove AFSPA earlier.

Iltija said that BJP has been running the government in the state for the last five years. Besides, they are in overwhelming majority, so why didn't they think about this earlier. He has been claiming normalcy in the state for the last 5 years.

Taking aim at the BJP, Iltija said that the people here think that the central government is not serious about the issues here, if it had been serious then it should have released the jailed journalists earlier. Iltija further said that thousands of people are lying in jail. He also said that if the Central Government really wants to remove AFSPA, then we welcome this step with open heart.
