According to the information, a bench of five judges headed by the country's Chief Justice DY Chandrachud gave the verdict on December 11. Apart from the CJI, this bench included Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjeev Khanna, BR Gavai and Surya Kant. Along with this, while giving the verdict against the abrogation of Article 370, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud said that there are three different decisions of five judges. Everyone is unanimous on the three decisions to be pronounced.
