Arghya can be offered to the moon from this time. After that you can complete the fast by doing Parana. On the day of fasting, the Moon will be in Rohini Nakshatra. This year, married couples will have to observe Nirjala fast of Karva Chauth for 13 hours 29 minutes. Sunrise will be at 6.25 that day. This fast will start from that time.
