In an interview with Mary Clary, Deepika shared, ‘I have suffered a lot in eight, nine months of pregnancy and delivery.’ Deepika told that it took him and Ranveer Singh a long time to choose the name of their baby and they decided that they do not compromise anything that is not right for them. The actress further said, ‘I think the most important for us was that we should first keep the girl under our supervision. She has to introduce this new world in which she has come. ‘ Deepika told that she inspired her daughter’s name from poetry and music. He told, “It felt like a beautiful summary that she matters to us. ‘ Recalling the moment, Deepika told how she messaged Ranveer at midnight, when he was on the set and asked, ‘Dua?’ He replied in a simple ‘yes’ and that’s all.

Talking about her mental health after welcoming Dua, Deepika revealed that she was fine and thanked the people around her who were trying to know her well-being. Deepika Padukone said, “I have been very lucky that I have got the support system that always keeps me happy and whenever I need, is always ready for help, people who are around me are all very special for me.” Talking about the work, Deepika was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s film ‘Singham Again’, including Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Deepika played Shakti Shetty in ‘Singham Again’. He has not announced his new project yet.
