Story : According to a famous story of Venus Pradosh Vrat, in ancient times there were three friends in a city- Rajkumar, Brahmin Kumar and Seth son. Rajkumar and Brahmin Kumar were married, but Seth Putra was not married after marriage. One day the three friends discussed the women, on which Brahmin Kumar said that a woman without a ghosts is a camp of ghosts.
Hearing this, Seth Putra immediately decided to bring his wife, while his parents stopped her due to Venus. On his insistence, Seth son went to his in -laws’ house and sent his wife off. On the way, the wheel of his bullock cart broke, the bull’s leg broke and his wife also got hurt. On proceeding, the bandits looted them. On reaching home, Seth’s son was bitten by a snake and Vaidya predicted her to die in three days.
When the Brahmin son came to know about this, he asked Seth to send his son back with his wife. Seth did the same. On the other hand, Brahmani Pradosh used to observe fast. One day he found an injured prince on the way, whom he brought to his house. Gandharva Virgo Anshumati saw the prince and married her.
With the influence of Brahmani’s Pradosh Vrat and the help of Gandharvaraj, the prince defeated his enemies and got back his kingdom and made the Brahmin son a minister. Thus, everyone’s sufferings were removed by the effect of Pradosh Vrat. By observing this fast according to it, God fulfills all the wishes.
