New Delhi. TVS Motor Company is recalling a select group of iQube electric two-wheelers for inspection. The two-wheeler manufacturer said in a statement that it will inspect the bridge tubes of units manufactured between July 10, 2023, and September 9, 2023, to ensure that the vehicles perform well in the long run.
The company said that if necessary, the affected scooters will be repaired without charging any money from the customer. TVS Motor said that the company or its dealers will personally contact customers to order the vehicles.
TVS launched the new range of iQube electric scooter 2024 last month. This base variant is available with a 2.2 kWh battery, which gives a range of 75 km. The iQube ST comes with two battery options – 3.4 kWh and 5.1 kWh, with a range of 100 km and 150 km respectively.
