  1. To make rice kheer, first take rice, clean it and soak it in water for about 1 hour.
  2. During this, take cashews, almonds and pistachios and cut all three into fine pieces. After the stipulated time, take out the rice from water and wash it once again with clean water.
  3. After this, grind the soaked rice coarsely with the help of a mixer. If you want, you can use them without grinding them also.
  4. Now take a big vessel and put milk in it and keep it on medium flame on the gas.
  5. When the milk starts boiling, add rice to it and reduce the flame of the gas.
  6. During this, keep stirring the milk and rice with the help of a ladle so that the kheer does not stick to the bottom of the vessel. Let the kheer cook for about 15 minutes on low flame.
  7. After this, add sugar in it and mix it well with a ladle and cook the kheer for 5 more minutes.
  8. Now add chopped dry fruits to the kheer and mix.
  9. Cook the kheer until it thickens and then turn off the gas.
  10. Flavorful rice kheer is ready. Serve it hot.
