Chandigarh: Two accused who threw bomb outside the club injured in police encounter
Chandigarh. Two accused in the bomb blast have been injured in a police encounter. Both the miscreants have been shot in the legs. After the encounter, the police arrested both of them and admitted them to the government hospital in Hisar. To catch these miscreants, Chandigarh Police and Hisar STF conducted a joint operation. It is being told that on the instructions of notorious gangster Goldie Brar, he had thrown bombs outside two clubs.
During the police encounter, the miscreants started firing at the police. In the firing by the miscreants, 2 ASIs Sandeep and Anoop were saved because they were wearing bulletproof jackets. Bullets hit the bulletproof jackets of both the police officers. Automatic pistols have been recovered from the miscreants.
According to the information received from the police, both the criminals were going from Hisar to Peerawali on a bike at 8 o’clock on Friday night. As soon as the information was received, the police and STF went after the miscreants. During this time the bike of the miscreants slipped due to mud. After this both the miscreants started running away on foot. When the police chased them, both of them started firing. In response, the police also opened fire, in which both the miscreants were shot in the legs. The police have admitted both of them to the hospital.
