He had told that under this scheme, mothers and sisters will soon start getting thousands of rupees. The process of registration under the scheme will also be started soon. To apply for the scheme, women must have a Voter ID card. Women who do not have a Voter ID card will not be able to register in the scheme and will not be able to get benefits.

Many such women live in Delhi state. Which is not from Delhi but from different states like UP-Bihar. All these women will also be given benefits under this scheme by the Delhi Government.
