Patna, December 1 (IANS). Expressing grief over the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh and the arrest of ISKCON-affiliated saint Chinmoy Das, Janata Dal United Working President Sanjay Jha expressed grief over the cognizance being taken by the Government of India. He also termed the dates of CM Nitish Kumar’s visit to the state as wrong and said that the dates are yet to be announced. He also mentioned the women friendly works done by CM Nitish Kumar.
Speaking to reporters, he said, “The atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh are extremely sad. This is certainly a serious issue, and the Government of India will take note of it. Wherever atrocities are taking place, irrespective of which community they belong to, The Indian government will look into it and take appropriate action. However, the information coming out may not be completely correct. I think the Ministry of External Affairs will be paying attention to this issue.
After this, on the visit of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, he said that the date has not been decided yet. Also, on the matter of giving Nobel Prize to the Chief Minister, he said, “Any award will be small for the work he has done for women empowerment. He has brought a change in the lives of crores of people. The work he has done in the field of women empowerment. There is hardly any leader who has brought about such a massive change. He has worked for women’s education and employment. He has provided employment opportunities to lakhs of women who are from poor families. This change is not only in big cities, but also in every It can be seen in the district. If you look at the situation earlier and see the change now, it is clear how much of a difference a single decision of a leader can make.”
