This is the first visit to any serving chief of the Air Force in more than a decade. This will promote bilateral defense cooperation and mutual interests. ”
Pakistan and America relations will be stronger
The statement said that Zaheer has held several important meetings with the country’s top military and political leadership during his visit to America. Sidhu has reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthen the current relations between the Air Force of Pakistan and the US in the areas of military cooperation and training. During the detailed discussion, the two sides also agreed to establish high -level military relations in the future.
Discussion on many issues
At the Pentagon, Sidhu met US Air Force Deputy Minister Kelly L. Sebolt and Air Force Chief General David W Alone. During this time both sides agreed to the new initiative for bilateral military cooperation, joint training and technology exchange.
