According to the Hindu calendar, the festival of Vivah Panchami is celebrated every year on the fifth day of Shukla Paksha of Margashirsha month. This time the beginning of Panchami Tithi is on 5th December at 12.49 am and this date will end on the next day i.e. 6th December. It will be at 12:07 pm.
According to Udaya Tithi, the festival of Vivah Panchami will be celebrated on 6th December. On this auspicious day, Lord Shri Ram and Mother Sita can be worshiped at any time of the day. It is believed that by worshiping and fasting on this day, immense blessings of Gods and Goddesses are showered and sufferings are reduced.
