Zareen Khan trapped in fraud case got bail, while granting bail the court gave this big order to the actress

Gossip News Desk – Bollywood actress Zarine Khan appeared before a Kolkata court in a fraud case. The court granted interim bail to Zarine Khan and ordered her not to leave the country without permission. Zarine Khan came to Kolkata from Mumbai and appeared in the court on Monday. He was wearing a black cap and his face was covered with a blue mask.

A lawyer on behalf of the complainant told the court that the actress should remove her mask so that she can be identified properly. After this the judge asked them to stand closer and then asked, 'Are you Zarine Khan?' In response he said yes. After this the judge asked him, 'Do you have Aadhaar card?' He replied yes. He told the judge the last four numbers of the Aadhaar card so that he could be identified. The hearing lasted for about an hour.

On December 26, the court granted bail to Zarine Khan on a personal bond of Rs 30,000. But the court has also put some conditions like she cannot go out of the country without taking permission from Kolkata Police, the court has asked Zarine Khan to be present at every hearing. Actually, the case against Zarine Khan was registered in the year 2018. She was to perform at a Durga Puja event in Kolkata in 2018. But the organizers kept waiting for him.

One of the organizers filed a fraud case against the actress and her manager. Later FIR was also registered. According to sources, Zarine Khan has also filed a case against the organizers of the show in the local court. The actress had said that there was a misunderstanding regarding flight tickets and other accommodation, due to which she could not reach the show. A case was registered against him at Narkeldanga police station in Kolkata where the police filed a charge sheet against him. An arrest warrant had already been issued against Zarine Khan, but she did not appear in the court. After this the court ordered him to appear before the magistrate.
