Upon visiting Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, the revered birthplace of Bhagwan Krishna, Prime Minister Modi made history by becoming the first PM to take part in the ‘Braj Raj Utsav.’ At the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, Prime Minister Modi said prayers. He wrote on One was moved by the sight of Girdhar Gopal, who seemed to have settled in every part of Braj. I sent him my best wishes for joy, wealth, and the well-being of his entire family throughout the nation.’
PM Modi Declares the Nation’s Liberation from a Slavery Mindset
In honor of Sant Mirabai on the occasion of her 525th birthday, the Prime Minister also unveiled a commemorative postage stamp and a Rs. 525 coins. In his words, the nation has broken free from the mindset of slavery for the first time since the heyday of independence. We have received a “Panch Pran” pledge from the Red Fort. We are proud of our heritage and are moving forward with it. The time for the construction of the Ram temple, he claimed, had also arrived.
