Another blow to Congress: Arvinder Singh Lovely resigns from the post of Delhi President

New Delhi. Congress has suffered another major setback in Delhi amid the Lok Sabha elections. Arvinder Singh Lovely has resigned from the post of Delhi Congress State President. Earlier, Rajkumar Chauhan, who was a minister in the Sheela government for 12 years, had resigned from Congress after not getting the ticket. It is being told that Arvinder Singh Lovely was against the alliance with Aam Aadmi Party.

It has been learned from the State Congress that Lovely has resigned from the post of President. He was not coming to the state office for several days. He was angry over Rajkumar Chauhan not getting the ticket from North West Delhi. Lovely has written a letter to Mallikarjun Kharge and sent his resignation. In which he has given the reason for his displeasure.

Arvinder Singh Lovely said, 'The Delhi Congress unit was against the alliance with the party which was formed on the sole basis of leveling false, fabricated and malicious corruption allegations against the Congress Party. Despite this, the party decided to form an alliance with AAP in Delhi. Lovely said that only three seats were given to Congress in Delhi. Lovely is also said to be angry over the fact that out of these three seats, two were given to outsiders.
