He also said that his participation in the show fulfilled his mother’s wish and dream of flying in an aeroplane. Alolika told how KBC helped her fulfill her dreams. He said that he did not expect to reach the hot seat. However, she took home the winning amount of Rs 12,50,000 with her. A 14-year-old boy has created history by becoming the youngest contestant to win Rs 1 crore in the popular quiz show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Mayank, a class 8 student from Mahendragarh, Haryana surprised the audience of the show by answering the 16th question correctly for Rs 1 crore in the 15th edition of the prestigious show hosted by Amitabh Bachchan.

In an episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, Amitabh Bachchan praised Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin-starrer ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’. The 2012 film Gangs of Wasseypur is a two-part film produced and directed by Anurag Kashyap. It has been written by Anurag and Zeeshan Quadri. It stars actors like Manoj Bajpayee, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi, Rajkummar Rao, Richa Chadha, Huma Qureshi and Tigmanshu Dhulia in lead roles. Revolving around the underlying power struggle, politics and vengeance between the coal mafia (Mafia Raj) of Dhanbad and three crime families, the story spans 68 years from 1941 to 2009. Manoj played the role of Sardar Khan. Piyush Mishra, Jamil Khan, Vineet Kumar Singh and Vicky Kaushal also have cameo roles in the film. In episode 39 of the quiz-based reality show, Big B welcomed Praveen Gorasia from Gujarat’s Madhapar on the hot seat. For the question of Rs 1,000, he was asked: “Complete this dialogue from Gangs of Wasseypur: Baap ka, dada ka, bhai ka, sabka badla lega re tera…” The options given were – Sardar, Shahid, Danish and Faisal. The correct answer was Faizal. Talking about the same, Big B said, “In the last decade, this dialogue gained iconic status and there are many memes based on it on the internet.” The actor said, “And ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ is a good series of films.”
