Noida crime news: The minor’s death triggered outrage from locals who put the boy’s body on the street and demanded strict action against all those involved. Police have arrested one accused in the case.

Protests broke out in Chhapraula Bangar village of Noida Sector 135 after a boy died by being run over by a car

Noida: Protests broke out at the Chhaprauli Bangar village in Noida’s Sector 135 on Monday after a student was deliberately run over with a car by some miscreants following a minor argument with some school boys. Locals came out in large numbers and raised protests against the administration.

The incident took place outside a school near the village when three students had a verbal tiff with some men over a minor issue which escalated and led to the death of one of the boys.

Reportedly, the accused got into their car after the argument and hit the three boys with it. The boys were left with grievous injuries in the incident and rushed to a hospital where one of them succumbed and the other two are stated to be critical, police said.

Sources said the police have arrested the driver of the car while the investigation is on to trace his associates who were involved in the crime. The death left the locals and students outraged who took to the streets demanding action against the accused.

The people put the deceased’s body on the street and took out a protest against the alleged killing. Several students including girls were also seen arguing with the police while demanding strict action against the accused. The identity of the arrested driver has not been revealed yet.
