Mumbai. Flat trading was seen in the stock market today i.e. Tuesday (May 21). Sensex slipped 52 points and closed at 73,953. There was an increase of 27 points in Nifty. It closed at the level of 22,529.

Today, Hindalco's stock rose by 4.79 percent. It was the top gainer of Nifty. On the other hand, Coal India's stock saw a rise of 4.49 percent. Nestle's stock slipped by 1.61% and was the top loser of Nifty today.

Pressure in Indian market due to slowdown in Asian market
