Patna. At least seven people died in a collision between an auto rickshaw and a crane in the Kankarbagh police station area of ​​the capital Patna in Bihar on Tuesday.

Police sources here said that people traveling on an auto rickshaw collided with a crane engaged in the construction work of Patna Metro on Ram Lakhan Path. In this accident, four people traveling on the auto rickshaw died on the spot while three others died during treatment. The dead include three men, three women and a child. The deceased are residents of Rohtas, Madhubani, Muzaffarpur and Vaishali. The dead could not be immediately identified.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar expressed deep grief over the accident and prayed to God to give strength to the families of the deceased to bear this loss. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the accident.
