Ahmedabad, April 16 (IANS). The police have arrested the two accused who opened fire outside Galaxy Apartment, the house of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan in Mumbai two days ago. The accused were arrested from Kutch district of Gujarat. Preparations are being made to bring him to Mumbai for questioning. It is noteworthy that Lawrence Bishnoi gang has taken responsibility for this attack.
Sources said that the police was chasing the accused since the attack. Meanwhile, the police came to know that after the incident the accused had fled in the direction of Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway. On this, the police started scanning the CCTV footage installed on the highway and also took the help of cyber experts. During this time, the police got information about the accused being in Bhuj of Kutch district of Gujarat.
After this, Mumbai Police informed Bhuj Police. Mumbai Police reached there and took a team of local police along with them. The police arrived under the leadership of Crime Branch Inspector and arrested both the accused from a temple complex. They were identified as Nikhil Gupta and Sagar Pal. According to sources, both are residents of the same village in Champaran district of Bihar.
