Lucknow: Grabbed property by showing entire family dead, case registered

Uttar Pradesh News Desk: A case of property grab has been registered in Rajajipuram alleging that lakhs of rupees were grabbed by showing the family members as dead. Sudesh Chhabra, resident of Rajajipuram B Block, filed a case that her husband Naresh used to run Chhabra Non-Veg Point in the shop allotted from Housing Development. The restaurant closed after the death of her husband in the year. Under the influence of his family, he transferred the shop to his father-in-law Om Prakash. When she reached the housing development office after her father-in-law's death, she found out that her brother-in-law had got the name of the restaurant done using forged documents. The accused have also sold other properties of their father-in-law based in Delhi to Surendra and Kamal Kishore.

RTE: Schools are not giving admission to the selected ones.

The renowned schools of the city are reluctant in taking admission of children selected under RTE. Worried parents are making rounds of the school and BSA office with their children. Parents allege that BSA is neither meeting nor taking any action against the schools. Now the parents' forum has come forward. The forum has warned that it will protest if those selected for the first lottery are not admitted by 30.

Parents Forum President Ravindra Kumar says that schools have not yet given admission to more than 100 children.
