Rohit, a resident of Arya Nagar in Gohana, told in the complaint given in the City Police Station that he has an iron kiosk in the name of Rohit Phool Bhandar near Sector 7 on Rohtak Road. Along with this, Ajaypal resident Mahara has also got an iron kiosk built in the name of Ajay Pal Full Bhandar.
Rohit told that he does good work with flowers. Because of this he gets more customers. Ajaypal is holding a grudge against him regarding this. Rohit told that today on May 21, at around 2:00 in the morning, information was received that his kiosk was on fire. When he reached the spot, Ajay Pal and fellow Kalupur resident Karan were found there. He alleged that both of them had set fire to the kiosk of his flower shop.
According to Rohit, he suffered a loss of Rs 2.5 lakh due to the fire in the iron kiosk. Rohit says that his iron kiosk was set on fire by Ajaypal and his associate Karan. After receiving the information, police also reached the spot. Later the FSL team was also called to collect evidence.
ASI Anil Kumar of Gohana City police station said that on Tuesday morning around 2:00 am, he was present at Fawwara Chowk Gohana with his fellow policemen. Meanwhile, when we went towards the bus stand, an iron shed was on fire. He called the fire brigade and extinguished the fire. After searching around, informed about the fire to the kiosk owner of the flower store.
After this Rohit reached the spot and told that this work was of Ajay Pal and his partner. Police have registered a case against both of them under sections 436 and 34 IPC. The police is investigating the matter
