According to some studies, our brain needs complete rest for multiple reasons. But how to understand what our brain needs?

Difficulty Concentrating: If you find it hard to focus on tasks or maintain attention, it could be a sign of mental fatigue. You may notice yourself zoning out frequently or having trouble following conversations or instructions.

Memory Problems: Forgetfulness or difficulty recalling information is another indicator of brain fatigue. You might struggle to remember simple details or find yourself frequently misplacing items.

Increased Irritability: When your brain is tired, you may become more irritable or easily frustrated. Little things that wouldn’t normally bother you may start to feel overwhelming.

Decreased Creativity: Mental exhaustion can hamper your ability to think creatively or come up with new ideas. If you find yourself struggling to generate solutions or innovate, it could be a sign that your brain needs a rest.
